No New Posts Industrial Sector

Within the Industrial Sector lies tattered buildings just shy of being ruins. Only a generation ago, the village thrived on industrialization and was on its way to becoming a capital of tool and building construction. As the gangs began to take control, however, more money was put towards security and the buisnesses slowed. There are still a few functioning factories but most of them produce little more than shelter for the local rat population.

Board Description
Southern Neighborhoods
The Southern Neighborhoods have the greatest concentration of non-ninja in the village. Many merchants, sailors, shopkeepers, and poorer families reside in the ramshackled apartments in this area. Because of the ease of blending in here, many criminals also live here undetected. There are more then a few significant and powerful gangs that run various activities and creating havoc with their desire to control the whole area. Black ops have even been called upon a few times to quell the violence. Despite the immense violence, the population here is very dense.
